A fireside chat with Technion Alumni DACH

What Could Go Wrong?

Real stories. Hard lessons. Better moves.

Most careers include a few projects that did not go to plan, and those are often where the lessons that shape how we lead are learned. In this edition of Two Cents Berlin, Hagai Sadot and Inbal S. Cohen share stories from their own careers about projects that went wrong, what they missed at the time, and what they do differently today.

In an open fireside conversation, they will look at the skills that rarely appear in a project plan yet often decide its outcome: leading people through uncertainty, prioritising when everything feels urgent, managing stakeholders with competing interests, and communicating clearly when the news is not good. Expect real stories rather than frameworks, and practical lessons you can bring into your own work the next day.

The evening is open to engineers, product people, managers and founders at any stage of their career, with time for your questions and conversation over drinks afterwards.
